TL and Managers are well skilled and cooperative. Regular interaction conducted by supervisors.

Management is good until HR gets involved. HR "Soffiahelan Moses" extremely rude and dominating nature. My process got shut down, so HR told all the users they will arrange other team within 3 months to work in organization. Instead of arranging team HR started to conduct interviews whereas we were already the employee of organization. HR asked to WFO so told Soffiahelan that WFO leads to travel me from Mumbai to Chennai. Soffia asked for resignation and asked from personal email id. Told HR Soffiahealan that i am still employee of the company so i will submit my resignation from company portal, Soffiahelan suddenly starts to raise voice on me. I asked her to low down her voice then she threat me by saying "OK then I will do it in my way". I was just following company protocol by resigning properly from web portal. But HR Soffiahelan was very rude and literally gives me goosebumps when she said "OK then I will do it in my way". After that my company id got locked and received email on my personal email id mentioning due to non reporting on service you are released from the organization.
