Everything worst about this company. They will pressurise you in terms of cv, interview, selection, joining. They have unrealistic expectations. Within 2-3 weeks of joining they will expect you to give results. No job security in this company. Even this company is not registered. No casual leave, sick leave, earned leave, no govt holidays<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. It's 6 days working</mark>..they just tell lies...no incentives. No software. No BD team to generate clients. No IT person. Director of this company is third grade arrogant person who doesn't want to listen to the problems, neither he provides solutions. Has no market knowledge. Don't spoil your career by joining this company. They hold the salary, even deduct the salary without any reason. Management won't support you in anything. Pathetic nd worst management. Better to be unemployed than work in this garbage place. They have a software that tracks each second of activity that you do in your system...they don't trust their employees. They just want you to work like labourer. It's not a company it's a Dukan whose owner is a third class person, even the senior manager who just wants to save his job...he make unrealistic commitment with the management regarding the target and when team is not able to achieve that he instead of supporting makes them suffer. No work culture in this company...every month rules and policies are changed as per their requirement. Their simple attitude is if anyone is not able to perform instead of doing something to enhance his/ her performance they terminate him or issue him/her PIP. It was my first job ; this was the only liking.

Extremely strict timings ; extremely strict leave criteria ;you get salary of 30 days on or after 15th of next month throught the year ( greedy in actual). No overtime compensation. With 6 days working a week ; No holiday on republic day or holi or lohri or call it any festival or national holiday. Personal life is thrashed to the end. If someone is in problem, they want help but they will take benefit of your situation and kill you from inside. Lot of lectures about professionalism but never followed in case of employee. Not employee e friendly at all. If the person is dying to earn, then he/she should join it, else I won't recommend this company even to my enemy. It's a Hectic life at OM CAREERS. I've just joined this organization on 23rd June,2018. As per my experience till now is that I don't even get time for family and friends due to extreme Workload.
