- Work Environment -Team Leaders are cheaters here,they took their own closures from team members' cv. - They don't pay anything on time be it Salary or Certificate - They will over pressurise you for many things

This is good company for learning and salary and incentive benefits

They don't have manner how to talk with their employee and they want to work their employee to 8:45 am to 7 pm

Pathetic work culture. Worst management. The change the rules and policies every next week. Incentive structure are changed every next month in order to lure the employees but incentives are not provided. Target keeps on increasing every month. Unrealistic target are given. No leaves in terms of sick leave and casual leave are provided<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. From the starting they will lure you in terms of salary package</mark>...don't get lured. They also lie during the interview regarding working days. Policy and rule changes depending on their mood. They are not registered that is why they don't follow any labour law rules. Salary deducted, hold without any reason. They have 0 trust over their employees. Director of this company is so rude and doesn't listen to the problem of employees neither does he provides solutions. There are so limited clients to work on... in terms of cv, interview, selection and joining pressure is created, they behave as if we are doing bulk hiring which we are not. don't join this company...they mentally harass employees. Everything worst about this company. They will pressurise you in terms of cv, interview, selection, joining. They have unrealistic expectations. Within 2-3 weeks of joining they will expect you to give results. No job security in this company. Even this company is not registered. No casual leave, sick leave, earned leave, no govt holidays. It's 6 days working..they just tell lies...no incentives. No software. No BD team to generate clients. No IT person. Director of this company is third grade arrogant person who doesn't want to listen to the problems, neither he provides solutions. Has no market knowledge. Don't spoil your career by joining this company<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They hold the salary, even deduct the salary without any reason</mark>. Management won't support you in anything. Pathetic nd worst management. Better to be unemployed than work in this garbage place. They have a software that tracks each second of activity that you do in your system...they don't trust their employees. They just want you to work like labourer. It's not a company it's a Dukan whose owner is a third class person, even the senior manager who just wants to save his job...he make unrealistic commitment with the management regarding the target and when team is not able to achieve that he instead of supporting makes them suffer. No work culture in this company...every month rules and policies are changed as per their requirement. Their simple attitude is if anyone is not able to perform instead of doing something to enhance his/ her performance they terminate him or issue him/her PIP. Basically Everything! 1. They try to explout employees as much as they can. They want to use the life(time) of employees for free. -if you come late, repercussions -Overtime with no pay -salary not on time. They pay salary when half the month is over. It's my second month going on, by 10nth I should have got the salary, now it's 12th, still none of the employees have the salary got credited. - They have no rule book - No proper training. -The leaders will give you tips to lower your self esteem for the sake of getting your work done....Read More
