Worst management, from directors to HR everyone is fraud, they dont follow any work culture, ethical values. They approach employees of other organisation by stating false information , so that they lure them and influence them to join them like number of days of working , working hours , salary. & Incentive etc.All this company isdoing playing with people's careers and their source of earning. They do lay off overnight without giving any notice to the employees that they are running losses so if they are don't have a tendency to pay to thd employee thamen why they are even hiring by selling fake opportunities, worst organisation, don't entertain any calls from this company even for a second, they will mentally harres you by giving unreasonable targets which is next to impossible to achieve as they don't have any client to achieve such kind of target. If you don't achieve your targets it will told to you that they will deduct your fixed pay which they have not mentioned while hiring . They hide their policies with their employees , the only policiecs which is clear to employees which benefits them not to the employees....Read More

Well, I served for a shorter period, i.e.- around 5 months, and I would not recommend anyone to join the company for the sake of money as the company culture is below average, management of the co. is terrible, however I was happy with the training and learning about the communication and on-call conversation with the clients, but if you don't value an employee's efforts, then any sort of training or parties in the company won't serve any purpose....Read More

There was nothing to like about the company. We were told it's not a job but a "Dhandha"....I would suggest go to any other organisation but not in OM Careers.treat you like machine...just calling and no interaction even between fellow colleagues. They have a worse competitive environment, where once u get caught talking to other team members, you are to be called in office and asked about it. No prior notice is given when boss is going to come or any information about meeting..just one team leader announce loudly to gather in cabin for meeting. No work life balance. No holidays on festival day but asked to bring resume and increase company's Dhandha....Read More

No job security. They can fire you if you didn't increase the Dhandha by first 3 months..even who are able to complete their targets no appraisal are provided..pf, esi are deducted but no information is provided where it goes...when asked about the documents. It is said accountant will give..but accountant Hasnt been seen from previous several months...

Have ruined my 3 crucial months. I was told after the last date of registration in college that I wasn't performing good. Although they knew I wasn't going great on track they didn't provide me my true picture where I lacked..

It's a Hectic life at OM CAREERS. I've just joined this organization on 23rd June,2018. As per my experience till now is that I don't even get time for family and friends due to extreme Workload.

Didn't pay you on time. They will exploit freshers, mentally harass them, always want to work overtime and never pay for that. They give lecture about professionalism but irony is that, they have no clue how to maintain that. Totally fake and worst company, not even registered. Its a nightmare to work in the organization like that. I hope instead of working with them start giving coaching to students or go for other source of income but don't choose this.
