Cheap organisation, director behaviour is very bad for his employees, very bad environment, tooo much presure. Deduct the salary without any reason, and forced the employees to resigned.

I worked here for more than 1 year it was great working with OMC. I got to learn a lot of things which helped me to improve my overall skills. TL and managers are very supportive and helpful. There are regular contests and activities which makes the work environment enjoyable and fun loving.

Dislikes

As such there is no issues but I would say incentive structure can be improved more.

A lots of pressure, unbearable culture, manager is so rude!!! Day by day one can understand her bad attitude. They will say u incentive, but at the time of this they will pressure you for resignation!!

I have my first corporate experience with OM Careers and is the best one for all the freshers all well as experienced one. I have grabbed alot of knowledge & skills and still i am learning a lot daily. We have a wonderful team here which treat everyone equally and respect each other a lot.
