They will deduct your salary without any reason will give you unachievable targets extended working hours if you are unable to achieve the target. Harassment by management very unprofessional behaviour if you have any other option please don't join there they will not allow you to talk with your colleagues.no leave policy

Nothing is there ...they lies after commitment... Always looking for chance for salary deduction. Ruins your life for targets.. Don't join this company they have removed their setup from Delhi and making fool to new people that they are having office in Delhi... Will not pay if you're completing targets... Late for a second they will mark your halfday....

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
