I do like the corporate culture and the values maintained in our organization in employee care. It is much more stable and secure place to work, there employee policies are also benifitable and appreciable.

Dislikes

As of now there is no such incident happend which can create a negative impact on employees, they are very much transparent.

Work Details

Work life in Olympus is very much free and I don't feel getting tired, beside work they are also caring for employee's physical and mental health and arranging required annual health test as well as seminar to keep work life balanced.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
