The owner is very unprofessional. He is not a good leader, he just wants to be the boss and wants to control the employees personal life. He is the only reason behind the bad work culture. Rest the colleagues were good.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
