Not even one thing...there is lot of things which are ..... unnecessarily they hire people yhen they remove people....Though you are performing well they don't care...I mean there is not even 1% job security. No need of variable deduction As co. pays it off the whole deducted amount, when there is no concept of rating grade deduction of variable No on time appraisal No quterly outing No job security - one shd work hard day n night to come under managers notice for securing job No motivation No team building HR is of no use
