Dislikes

There is no any dislike about ola cabs. But one thing I don't like is that regarding appraisal which is not getting for third-party payroll employees.

Work Details

In my Job profile as a trainer it's a slightly challenging to explain our partners to how to use our app. But finally they understand how to operate the app. But I stay on my toes and I like my work very much.

Company is very dynamic in nature and new product launched in short span of time gives lot of exposure in current market scenarios. The reimbursement part local and other city tour reimburments are not being sanitized so you end up paying from your own pocket ahile travelling..Rest all is perfectly fine
