Its really a good organization where you will get to know a lot of things and Growth opportunity is also good. Work environment is really cool. No hard and fast rules of timings except field works. . You have to keep your boss in track with you.Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Job security is a big deal in this company. You won't know that when your name will be put in firing list. You will have to maintain a good contact with manager to avoid firing.

Boring but still I tried to learn new things. Keep it in mind that your growth in this organization matters on factor that in which vertical you are working.
