Office Campus, fair pay scale and benefits.

Dislikes

Every requirements are immediate and there is no proper planning or TAT defined for work. No work life balance, need to work through out the week and late night.

Work life balance is not up to the mark due to high attrition and high pressure without proper Distribution of work. All work what we do is not fall under KPI.

Improper allocation of work across the employees. Lack of KRAs and KPIs assigned. Constant changes of priorities and thence lacking clarity on project deliveries.
