Didn't find any good thing about OLA. The company shows that they have a good culture but it is as real as an unicorn.

Dislikes

Poor Management. No communication. You are expected to work 24/7 and you are expected to pick up calls, doesn't matter if you had completed a 30 hour shift.

They are hiring people and removing unnecessarily to showcase their profitability to raising the funds. I wont ever reccommend people to join in ANI Technology. Niether join in that company nor attend the interview also.

No need of variable deduction As co. pays it off the whole deducted amount, when there is no concept of rating grade deduction of variable No on time appraisal No quterly outing No job security - one shd work hard day n night to come under managers notice for securing job No motivation No team building HR is of no use
