Ola gives surprises 😀 in terms of learning, growth and salary hike which was happening genuinely basis performance between 2014-2017.

Dislikes

Since 2018, people got changed and favouritism started up. So shocking thing was layoff become trendy every year during salary hike. Ola moves the process to vendors.

One of the worst organisation I have ever worked with. No job security. Toxic work culture. It is an organization where people constantly fear being fired for even the smallest mistake creates a toxic and stressful environment that stifles creativity and productivity.
