Be it any team please do yourself a favour and don't join or accept offer. 6 days working with more than 10 hrs. And they will make you come in lockdown and will do covid test every 3days. Already many employees died coming to office. Even they will ask you stay in office in lockdown eat sleep at office. pathetic. Such a relief after leaving Ola.

Ownr is Fearless,Ambitious and has potential to achieve the impossible .

Unfortunately, unlike the owner the Leadership in Senior Management in R&D, Sales, Service, Sourcing and Manufacturing are Weak and Timid, Haven't handled Pressure in earlier jobs most of them are retired ex employees of OEMs. All Yes Boss employees. For Owner it is better to have Wise Competitors than having Foolish Senior Leadership.

Not even one thing...there is lot of things which are ..... unnecessarily they hire people yhen they remove people....Though you are performing well they don't care...I mean there is not even 1% job security. Worst work culture and management. Most of weekends also you will have to work. No need of variable deduction As co. pays it off the whole deducted amount, when there is no concept of rating grade deduction of variable No on time appraisal No quterly outing No job security - one shd work hard day n night to come under managers notice for securing job No motivation No team building HR is of no use
