1. There is nothing good about OLA, there is no vision of the company’s management. Their focus keeps changing every week. 2. The top management always ask to do useless stuffs which is never related to any sales growth. 3. No one takes any advice or sugession. 4. Any day any one can be layed off without any reason and without any settlement amount, and the company always asks for a voluntary separation otherwise threatens for loss of pay. 5<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. No appraisal for the last 2 years</mark>. 6. They have not paid the variable salary to the senior employees for the last 2 years saying there is no fund now. 7. No ethics of working. 8. As company runs with bare minimum manpower, always forces to do other departmental jobs too. 9. The team mates are really good. They help each other. Even the developers are also very supportive. Even though work is hectic most of the time, you will also find free time. You will improve your SQL & Scripting & Debugging & Data analysis & Stake holder management skills. And you will learn how to manage work pressure.

Dislikes

Higher management is taking bad decisions in the name of increasing productivity. Even though they are aware of work is hectic, they completely stopped work from home(rarely taking option) & stopped flexibility(they became strict about the shift timings). like even if you come on time at your shift you cant leave on time due heavy work. and night shift people have to come to office even if only one person is working in night shift. They are not providing cups to have tea/coffees. If you want to drink coffee/ water you should carry your own bottle/mugs to the office everyday. Corrupt ppl, corrupt managers, for want of promotion can do anything becaus they have insecurity and lack in skills. Cheat people by playing with their perception and making them harassing them for returning money and at the end say this is business

Ola gives surprises 😀 in terms of learning, growth and salary hike which was happening genuinely basis performance between 2014-2017.

Dislikes

Since 2018, people got changed and favouritism started up. So shocking thing was layoff become trendy every year during salary hike. Ola moves the process to vendors.

It was much good before 2 years. Now they have ruined everything. No benefits of staying here for long. They don’t value their own employees. Lots of internal politics.

Dislikes

After giving best performance in the team for 2 years they are changing the managers and then putting new people on top of you, who are much less expertise. No company culture, no hike for 1.5 years.

Poor work environment. No long term vision. Delayed appraisals. Disregard towards work life balance. Policies change on the whim of the management. 6 days working and calling to the office even during covid.
