Everything is bad, work time is not fixed. You have to work more than 12 hours for which they give you nothing. If you want too see immediate fire policy then you can joi it.

Work Details

Hectic, boring, no inspiration. They thought that employees are labour for them. CEO has big ego to put employees moral down. He used abused words for employee.
