It is a growing company and now under the umbrella of Passim Lifesciences Ltd. Started manufacturing of medical devices in India from 2022. MD of the company is very energetic and high visionary person to handle a very smooth job environment.

Job security - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Marketing strategy is not upto the mark, not focus on Brand visibility. Product quality is very good but not focused on packaging quality. Not participating in medical expo's or medical seminars. Not arranging any distributor or retail or Doctors meet. Paperwork related to employments are not proper, facilities for employees are very limited. Discontinued some good products which can lead the Indian markets....Read More
