I've had an incredible journey at my company, where I started my career. The supportive environment allowed me to learn and grow quickly, mastering the intricacies of our processes. As I gained confidence, the recognition from senior colleagues affirmed my progress, leading to promotions to team leader and senior manager. The opportunities for growth here have been truly rewarding.

Dislikes

I feel that my company sometimes places undue emphasis on superficial activities, resulting in deserving employees going unnoticed. Additionally, promotions appear to be influenced by English proficiency and gender, and the employee benefits could be improved.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
