I learnt alot with my own experiences however, the company doesn't care about the employees even a bit and terminates employees who even literally go out of their comfort zones and work hard fir the company's growth. Work Experience : Good Company : A big NO NO.

Dislikes

Every aspect apart from working on various domains. I disliked how company expelled me overnight for actually managing the whole lot of work even when it was barely functional, I donned various hats of work even those for which I was not appointed for, knly for the betterment of the company. in return I was slashed off my actual salary rather than seeing growth, as I was told at the time of joining, I saw a fall in my remuneration which was highly unacceptable. I would recommend to find an alternative if tou somehow wish to work here be ready to grind and work in those things you aren't appointment for. Work Details

Though it was flexible during COVID-19, the amount of work expected was so much that even a 12 hour working won't bring you the result expected from the company. Simply too much pressure.

Dislikes

It is a very toxic environment with zero care for work-life balance or employees. You will find the heads to be very narcissistic
