The work experience at The Oberoi Grand was excellent. My managers, my colleagues every single person was so helpful, supportive. And Even during the covid time they're providing such a wonderful service keeping the covid guidelines in mind and also providing salary to the staffs. I'll always praise the Oberoi group.

Working hours and culture is not employee friendly. Being such big brand and having this kind of culture doesn't suit them. Working hour is more than 12 hours most of the time. Think thrice before taking any decision.

There is no work and life balance. Salary is very low. There is no overtime payment. Promotions are very slow. Management is not good. Working environment is not good.

It's totally hectic. Initially it was nice but for past 4.5 yrs I'm stuck in the same kitchen. They have not given me transfer to another kitchen even though I've asked so many times. Also shift hours are not flexible at all.

I would say it's the overall learning and growth opportunities offered were very much appreciated and this is a brand where one should work and see the difference themselves

Only thing I never liked about would be the working hours and I think it's no different from any hotel around the world so that is the only drawback
