Horrible work place because of General Manager Mr. Gaurav Issar who always abuse others, ask them to work 12-13 hours on daily basis screem on people.

The current General Manager is the poorest person working in the Oberoi Group. I don't know why management is not able to understand he's not the right person for this role he is always abuse others, Rude, offensive and got many people thrown out of the company like Senior Chef. Mohan Gyani, Mr. Harish Thakur (F&B Ast. Manager), and many more on junior level.

Since I am no longer with Oberoi group. But I'm glad to review on this. Many of my colleagues are working with Oberoi group and the way management and HR is looking after them is commendable. I would love to work again with Oberoi group in future. Thanks & regards Jatin Bansal

I am working here as a front office supervisor since last 1 year. Total experience is of 4 years. Working here as a supervisor is same as working as a duty manager which is a great learning experience.

Working in oberoi was wonderful experience. Sometimes it was boring and at the same time it was amazing and sometimes hectic as well. But at the end you will leave for the day with having complete satisfaction about your efforts and performance.

Company helps us grow by proper trainings and knowledge given about the industry and also focuses on the principles of brand.good place to work and grow.
