I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The CS department is the worst one to be in with no learning and growth. Also the managers and leadership is not good at all. If you are in any other department then it is a good opportunity and can be considered.

Dislikes

There is a lot of department politics and especially within CS department which is the worst department to be in. Dont do into CS department if you are getting any other role or department then do consider it.
