Company Culture, Immense learning opportunities and you are your own manager.

Dislikes

Work life balance is pathetic. They know it but they aren't effectively trying to solve it. Instead they hide it. They only hire more resources just so that they can't increase their clientele. I'm def sure all the resource they hired will just get out of this company in less than couple of years due to this same issue.

Work life balance is in danger You need to work 24x7 No shifts even in support project People emd UP working here more than 15-16 hours flnally. You work on wekends almost twice in month No allowance Mostly we work on public holidays as well. You will have comp off but you won't be able to avail it This is not for life. The CS department is the worst one to be in with no learning and growth. Also the managers and leadership is not good at all. If you are in any other department then it is a good opportunity and can be considered.

Dislikes

There is a lot of department politics and especially within CS department which is the worst department to be in. Dont do into CS department if you are getting any other role or department then do consider it.
