There’s nothing to like about Nykaa except that it looks like a good brand name for the outsiders.

Dislikes

The work in product is nothing close to product management and is more related to the maintenance of the Nykaa app. Most managers are incompetent and do not know how to ensure their subordinates growth. People till staff product management position are individual contributors and do not get an opportunity to lead a team at all. Theindividual contributor is expected to drive the entire charter, ensure the ‘maintenance’ of the product, extend the working hours and still get paid way lesser than industry standards.
