Worst company to work for, no respect for the employees. Even after doing a business of Rs 800 cr in 8 days during sale the company gave vadapav as a token of appreciation and scolded the ones who had two. No job growth or stability and one of the worst payer in the industry. The brand is dying slowly. The average stint of a brand manager is 8 months only due to horrible work culture. 1. No one will stop you from doing non-strategic extra work. 2. If spend over a year, for sure you will find 1/2 nice humans 3. Good for people who love gossip and politics 4. No strict rules, you can come into office at 11:30 if your manager is chill 5. You can feel smart since everyone around you is dumber than rocks (not joking)6. The role of a brand manager teaches a lot about growing the brand sales and managing their inventory. It improves your analytical skills and helps you learn 360 degree planning to build a brand on the website. This job will open many doors for all employees.

Dislikes

A very start up culture with slightly traditional manual processes which could be automated in today’s day and age. Some category teams follow a hierarchy system and the juniors are felt bullied with the treatment that they receive. It is bit of a thankless job with no appreciation of work.
