The company policies were great, and job security was great nykaa doesn't leave their employees stranded.

Dislikes

The work culture can get toxic. HRs hardly listen to you. You have to constantly follow up with them. Managers only know how to boss around.

Work life balance in nykaa is okay there are team leaders who work late and except to be in Beck and call 24/7

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
