I'm happy that to get credited salary in between date 1-10 but no fixed day in month. Not much. You can comfortlly work until project contracts get over with company. There after you are on the radar to get fired.

Dislikes

Poor Management . Lack of structured process, politics, no peace of mind. Lala type company(Just like a small shop). There are some senior (Rajeev seth and Mohit Gupta) underqualified who will just saves each others. Nvish has been famous of Firing Employees, don't trust on me, just Google it you will see most time people mark Nvish is firing after sometime. So, Don't waste time to work here otherwise after 1-2 month you have to start searching again. Most Important: They will call you or interview by the name of Nvish but if unfortunately you get selected and all paper work through "NETPPARTICIPATE SOLUTION LLP". This was another move by the CEO to move "Private LTD Company" to LLP that he or his company won't be held accountable for anything.(you can google it)...Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
