I have worked couple of months with their internal team and the CEO/MD directly. The team members were good and corporative. The MD is also a techi, has good knowledge on the tech stacks as well. Then i started working as a consultant for different client So couldn't give much feedback on internal teams. The HR, recruitment, accounts are really helpful.

Dislikes

Couldn't find much, the paid leaves are low.

They have a dynamic work approach and allows a perfect work-life balance. They rely on capabilities of the employee and gives space to use the skills for the best output.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls and meetings in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations. Pitching for my company as a business analyst gets tiring and the task is slightly repetitive.
