Nothing at all. As a team lead you are meant to just keep your associates happy all the time, if they are unhappy you are fired without getting proper proofs, a people manager is fired even when a group of its associates gang up and provide false statements.

Dislikes

Partiality, management says something and does something, no job security, you could be fired anytime. HR just works with its instincts and as per what they hear in majority even though it's all false, they take months to hire a candidate and minutes to fire the same candidate.

The top level management is biggest blunder. Numerator has defined compensation ratios which is extremely bottomed for all level. For eg: Any employee hired in the team irrespective of their experience there is a force fitment 3 lac -4.5 lac. If you are senior most employees of the company and have been with numerator since more than 3 years and your pay scale is above 4.5lac you will be on firing lines. Within company, specially in some department there is very less chance of learning and growth. It is highly monotonous job and people looking for challenging work profile, will not find Numerator as best place to work.
