Excellent CPSU working culture but facing challenges in conventional system. Substitute of imported system or item by development from Indian vendors is major challenging, secondly involving of major technology challenges, contract handling, land acquisition etc. are critical now of days.

Team npcil is very good but sometimes in lack of Govt support, descion on basis of Mera Tera, lack of finance etc. have delayed the project gestation period or operating cost enhance in level of very high. Worked on Construction time minimization is needed on priority in favour of country.
