Says Kansas but CEO sits in India. Very very toxic work culture, poor pay grade, they'll allow you to be creative if they don't know how to work on that technology but at the same time they won't be specific on what they require from you. We had to plead the senior lead to help fix our errors for 2 weeks- for a 1 hour call for wholeteam that only solved surrounding issues and not the core error, also got scolded by project manager as apparently we are free and useless while the lead is a busy man in life. On Saturdays the Project Manager finally sits with us for a "full blown session" which should be done during weekdays, as it is regular work and nothing special.
