For instance, if you work on weekends, you can record that in your timesheet and, with your RM's consent, you can plan your leaves. All unethical way of work is followed here. Micromanagement at peak especially by top management and note this company will no where people will run away. HR team is just a puppet who shakes head for what operations tell and never support employees or talk for employees. No big projects and they run this company with only 2 or 3 clients and even that project not sure how long will it run. So freelancing is also most welcome here. Any government agency can do audit of this company and find what is all being cheated. Guys just get away from this company and secure your job with at a good safe company.
