Proper technical work relevant to the domain in the team you would get into. Training provided on technologies like SD-WAN. Company pays bonuses apart from the salary but the amount varies at different levels. Night shift allowances are there as additional perks. Company used to gift items during Diwali before Covid on a yearly basis. Not there anymore.

Rotational shifts and weekly offs in customer delivery teams. People who have been associated with the company from the earlier stages don't work in shifts. High work pressure even in service delivery teams. Management very restrictive of giving exposure on new technology unless you have a proven record. High bonuses maybe good but come with a bond of certain tenure. No transparency on whether you will get it the next year or not....Read More

I have been working here for 15 years and worked on multiple assisgnments. Senior management is very supportive here and if you tend to learn new technologies then nothing can hinder your growth.

As a fresher it is the worst company even for experience i would say as they do not terminate but torcher you to that extend where u will resign itself. Also they cut 10% Varialble which they say they will give in 6/6month of interval (THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU ) and they will state the reason performance base. In accounts Payable they have the worst team management +membeemr +Manager are worst over here. Senior have made there place and reports silly silly mistake of fresher to manager via email ! And then manager takes one on one meet where he abuses you verbally insults you and many more there is no mental peace over here also your whole personal/family life will be damage if we joint NTT as whithin the team itself there are seniors who play dirty games to save their own mistakes and blame on the fresher...Read More

Manager driven. HR policies are just for name sake. People use the offer and counter. Both side PF in deducted from employee package. Taking your personal leave is also an issue to the managers here as if you are asking for their kidney or lever.

One of the worst manager you can see from this company if ur managers fevorite what everyou need you will get if ur not in his hand you need to suffer for 5 min late also I suggest you don't go to US bank process
