I would like to submit that I am retired from the services of NTPC ltd. It a Maharatna PSU company and I enjoyed working with company. It had excellent systems and procedure and policies and gives lit if importance to Employee welfare .Not only welfare ,excellent recognition of the performance if the employee.I felt 100% job satisfaction working with NTPC.
