It is sugar industry, which is depending on sugar cane cultivation. Agri based , so many ifs and buts reflect the jobs security. Due to big NSL group, EMPLOYEES are secured. Chairman & board member s are good and positive attitude.

Dislikes

So many wrong decisions taken place and it suffer s the work environment.
