No growth for inner employee after joining and no such hike hr policies are worst at salary and leave time and there is no one hear employees escalation.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

The culture is spoiled now. The lady director spends her time only talking and eating with her PA instead of focusing on work. He behaves with everyone like he is the owner of the company because of encouragement by lady. He comes late, takes many breaks, and leaves early and spend his 5 working hours in chit chatting with lady , mamta radhika. Kushal sir is good but he is not based in the location so he is nit aware of all these culture.
