Was great in the start. Getting bad with time.

Everything was great at the start. Eventually management got changed so do the work culture. Late night work timings. Weekend working. No increments. They will take performance bonus back once you leave the company :)

Company don't pay you the incentives.Work lif balance is not there. Over working exhausts employees. Customers are not at all satisfied. They sue you on behalf of company due to malpractices. Not good salary structure. Worst organization to work ever.Please don't join.

THE COMPANY RECENTLY LAID OFF THE ENTIRE MARKETING TEAM AND 60% of the existing employees through FORCED RESIGNATION. Since it is a small scale company, the work is managed by COO , CFO who have their own set of tantrums. Pathetic work culture and employee welfare as they hold salaries, do not give any benefits.
