i just one thing that this company is not closed yet which is very strange

This company is not a organisation this is a market(Bazaar).They only need one thing from BM and below that is sales, that too everyday , everyhour.Everyday is crucial for them being the 1st of the month or 31st of the month , the pressure is same.There product price is 25K and 50K at one short and they expect a 20K guy will close it 8 orders in Month.Sales Head has no idea what he is doing.Management himself have dont any idea.To the surprise they have many heads Sales Head,Renewal Head,Hotel Head,MLC Head and they all will keep calling BM for order and BM will run there job,,They will just slack on our order.Never ever join this company....Read More
