I really admire founders because they are open to embracing suggestions for improving products and pretty down-to-earth people. Also, I like the recent Human Resource team who actually listen to employees' concerns and act with utmost transparency. To be honest and straight, There is a lot to improve in the organization starting from Product needs changes, should offer growth to old & skilled employees, like appraisals should have been given based on overall skills, experience, and who kept bringing fresh value orders or big-ticket size orders in the company irrespective of the bad condition of the market due to covid, need to monitor KRA of everyone across the different positions, not those only who are actually working on the ground, should offer laptop & conveyance to the salespeople, and very important company should offer free internal courses for the employees....Read More

Good culture and very down to earth management. But unable to pay employees which was a major financial issue for middle class people.

Managers are too selfish. Inspite of not knowing anything about the product and giving fake commitments to the client, they squeeze all the knowledge from peers and leave them empty handed.
