This company is a hoax.. They dont pay your dues and they are a poor funded company.. About to get closed soon.. The founders have no clue whats happening and doing things without any direction.. High time they should shut this conpany and look for job themselves.. Lots many people recruited by them in senior position are inferior than a sales executive.. Guys and recruiters please beware before its too late... I worked for 1.5 years in nowfloats technology at jublihills Hyderabad I gave my 100 percent efforts to company growth but finally they have removed 5 people's spot without any intimation or mail they dint gave any compensation atleast wer we struggle a lot for incentive but 3 months incentive also they not have very bad experience in this organisation there is no growth poor management I suggest no one should join this company we don't know when they remove people...Read More

Company don't pay you the incentives.Work lif balance is not there. Over working exhausts employees. Customers are not at all satisfied. They sue you on behalf of company due to malpractices. Not good salary structure. Worst organization to work ever.Please don't join.

At Nowfloats Technologies, I've observed a few challenges. Frequent layoffs have created uncertainty, and there have been instances where promised compensations were not provided as outlined in the offer letter. Additionally, a lack of transparency from management and involvement in office politics has affected the overall work environment.

Only my colleagues who were also forcefully made to resign by the toxic management team.

THE COMPANY RECENTLY LAID OFF THE ENTIRE MARKETING TEAM AND 60% of the existing employees through FORCED RESIGNATION. Since it is a small scale company, the work is managed by COO , CFO who have their own set of tantrums. Pathetic work culture and employee welfare as they hold salaries, do not give any benefits. Poor management, no work life balance, policy can change anytime without informing employees and they will force you to sign it, no bonus, join if you're ready to work 16-18 hrs a day for 6 or sometimes 7 days a week.
