Everything. Don’t understand why they need lawyers for the kind of work they do. Micromanagement is so high. Feels more like a school than a company. Sit at home but don’t go for this company

Only reason for which I liked this Company was that my salary was paid on time by them.

List is too long but I'll focus on main points which are: 1. They Work on Hire & Fire basis 2. They only value 2 types of employees: those who have been working for more than 3-4 years & who are hired on low-scale to save there cost. 3. There is no learning, only clerical work is to done. 4. This job makes you doubt your capabilities but trust me it's not you it's them. 5. Seniors are damn rude and insecure for their position & work. 6. No matter whatever the problem is, according to then it's always your fault 7. There training is useless, they just try to finish 15 days training in just 3 days and then blame you for not being efficient enough....Read More

Apart from professionalism, I loved their humanitarian approach. I joined the company at the troubled time of covid, where jobs were limited for lawyers. I was ready to work even for the minimum. Instead of exploiting, they paid me more than I asked. Even, during second wave of covid, the management stood by us, and lifted targets for the time. It is hard to see these things in corporate culture. There was so much emphasis on learning here that your professional advancement is a certainty. We were provided abudant resources for learning. Too much of politics. It is absolutely demotivating to work there. They don’t make you permanent as they require all productivity (target - no of documents), quality review, and good drafting skills. Meeting all 3 is rare. If either of them is not met you are not getting permanent.
