Toxic culture. Manager don't act as humans. Work life balance sucks. As per tenure few people have become manager without any knowledge and they act as if they own company.

Some department units are headed by managers which are incompetent and not supportive. They don't understand the concern of employees and not helping in resolving the issues. Persons working there are complaining in nature and instead of helping new employee, they will complain about you to manager and provide negative feedback.

Toxic management and extreme politics, in the name of Company's culture, leadership takes advantage of ruling employees leading them to mental stress. Despite of all the good work and efforts of an employee, there will be no appreciation. If one sacrifices their self-respect and follow everything their manager says, will survive here even without doing any work.
