Ultra deep Micromanagement on everything apart from work 3 days work from office, no option for the employee to choose under any circumstances, if unable to make it on designated day, no choice to compensate on other day, employee has to apply for a leave with a proper reason and align with manager- won’t be a great conversation anyways Strict formals in office and when joined on video call from home- just that a tie is not required- manager approves if the employee’s dressing is formal or not Login time is 8Am and employee is not allowed to leave before 4:30pm under any circumstances- if needed to, alignment with manager is mandatory and generally the alignment is failed regardless of how serious the reason is Everything is mandatory- Manager decides what meeting on your calendar is important- employee doesn’t have the discretion to choose what meeting he should join- not allowed to leave before the meeting finishes under whatever situation Joining offsites and team parties is not optional- it is mandatory- bio breaks between offsite are also to be aligned with manager- considered a violation of rules if associate takes a break that is extra than stipulated Employee is not free to apply for leaves- manager finds patterns in the leaves applied and indicates it shouldn’t happen.
