If you failed to do secondary your D.A will be deducted. Absolutely fraud company. Neeraj mishra who claimed as a vice president but believe me he even not qualified for ASM position. Unprofessional company, Employees rely on HR to change the policies but nothing is in hands of HR.

Dislikes

Management constantly mistreated HR and took advantage of employees. There was a constant atmosphere of fear, with threats of discontinuation hanging over our heads. The leadership's approach was unprofessional and toxic, creating a stressful and unstable work environment. I would not recommend working here.

I had terrible experience with this company. I was from billing department and before joining I asked them about the overtime criteria, at that moment the "great" HR told me that they don't have any overtime system but after joining they used to make us sit till 10:00pm or some times till 10:30pm without OT salary. There's no place for hard working and skill full person in this company. Trust me their HR department and a special person from ground floor office are great at two things: first is Boot L*ck**g and second is taking the credit and stealing the benefits of their team members. Login time was 10:00am to 10:15am sharp but log out time depends on their will. You will become a puppet of so called 2 seniors. Asking for Experience Letter is like asking for their POA which you are never going to get from them.
