Totally bad organization. Dont suggest any one to work in Novo. Because entire management is cheater and fraud.

Work Details

Nothing from above facility or no any other facility..very bad experience. They not given money even take our money also. They dont have money to pay employee. Employee work from they pocket. Because not given expense not given salary on time.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
