Company owner Behaviour,he curse to employees, uneducated owner of the company, Top management is lazy and engaged in politics, 12 hrs working culture, no sympathy about employees, no training,no SOP. Unprofessional behaviour of Mr. Ganesh ,plant head at Vanivali.

Nothing job security, employee appoint as their perticular role but company give him different work, management is very poor they are totaly unskilled and unprofessional, company policies is you have to work 12 hrs in standing position only 1 hr rest for lunch between that no tea no snacks also no drinking water available.

Their working culture also at time of appointment hr told you employee that we give this & that facilities but it's totally fake working is not for 12 hrs it may increase 13 to 14 hrs also rather than that sometimes they cal for Sunday also..

This is worst company i seen in my working field so I suggest whoever want to join this please don't. Here you forget all your skills and personality.
