No job security, Sirf chamchon logo ki chalti hai, Owner sirf apne khash chamchon ki baat hi sunta hai. Salary 2-2 mahine me hoti hai. Jab man me aaye kisi ko bhi nikal dete hai. Labour and staff sab ke sab 12-12 ghante ki duty karte hai.

If money is the only goal in your life and if you don't have any option then you can go with this company.

As a former employee of this company, I cannot stress enough how toxic and deplorable the work environment is. Employees are treated like slav*s, with a complete lack of respect and manners in communication. The plant head, who holds the most senior position, is shockingly unprofessional and utterly lacking in work knowledge. Instead of making informed decisions, he simply follows the whims of a few sycophantic individuals, leading to an unhealthy and disheartening culture. Working in this company feels like being trapped in a nightmarish hell, where your talents and hard work go unnoticed, and you are constantly subjected to a demoralizing atmosphere. Nothing job security, employee appoint as their perticular role but company give him different work, management is very poor they are totaly unskilled and unprofessional, company policies is you have to work 12 hrs in standing position only 1 hr rest for lunch between that no tea no snacks also no drinking water available.

Their working culture also at time of appointment hr told you employee that we give this & that facilities but it's totally fake working is not for 12 hrs it may increase 13 to 14 hrs also rather than that sometimes they cal for Sunday also..

Work Details

This is worst company i seen in my working field so I suggest whoever want to join this please don't. Here you forget all your skills and personality.
