I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Culture and the people you work with. Competitive and a learning environment. Tech stack is good and you get full responsibility and almost full control of everything. Though it is going to add a lot of challenge and more responsibility, you will enjoy having the knowledge and understanding end to end.

Dislikes

Work is never going to go as per plan. You work on something and the top management decides some infra changes with a very short deadline and everyone jumps up on it and on the middle something else comes up. End of the day you get a feel like nothing is 100% getting completed. Job security is the worst recently. Lot of reorg and lay off for no reason.
