A company full of jokers which do have any idea to run the project, only talking talking talking. Unprofessional language by management (check Glassdoor). Appraisal system pathetic as they have only 3 rating system so if you lower you won't get any hike and bonus mentioned in your offer letter. No job security as I already said thatcompany full of jokers as they hired 1150 people to replace vendors and now they hired more vendors to replace you, isn't it funny 🤣. Salary component is not structured properly. So be very sure if you are joining. Pros - Big NO Cons - everything whatever you can think. Like no job security, pathetic appraisal review system, very unprofessional language by management like what the hell, what the f**** these are normal there. Finally I've got rid from this company and these jokers and saved my career from spoiling. I'm joining a company less than my current package but that's a relief.

Company is cutting cost in even small things like paper cups kep near the coffee machine . Dont know when was the last tym when company gave a gift in Diwali or Christmas. They depend on Managers to keep their company cheerful and happening not sure if the funds are received by the management and they are not spending on us or they company acts cheap when it comes to their Indian employees.
